NUTILIGHT SOUFFLE

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/2 Cup of Nutilight

2 Eggs

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Preheat the oven to 350℉ and butter 2 ramekins. Dust the interior of the ramekins with unsweetened cocoa powder In a bowl, whip 2 eggs whites to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of nutilight with the 2 yolks and mix well. Fold in the egg whites carefully 1/3 at a time until the mixture has come together. Divide evenly between the 2 ramekins and bake for 18-20 minutes. The middle should be jiggly and the outside lightly set. Try It and Let Us know How It comes out!
